What are some of the contents that you can expect to find in a soul contract?

Soul contracts are designed with a specific purpose: to impart valuable lessons we’ve chosen to learn while in our soul state. The primary goal being to grow and evolve as you incarnate on Earth, to develop, and to move closer to unconditional love.

The pre-birth life planning that occurs on a soul level involves your soul connections, soul mates, soul family, twin flame, and kindred spirits coming together to agree on spiritual contracts. It’s all part of a team effort that includes who’ll be your guides.

The contracts are designed to contribute to your understanding and learning of all aspects of the human experience, and you do the same for others. Through these experiences, you’ll eventually discover your life purpose here on earth, even though you knew what it was before you were born.

There are also times when our contracts part ways with someone intentionally, and these endings were part of the agreement that you and the other soul had made before incarnating on Earth.

A soul agreement is made in honour of spiritual growth, which is ultimately our soul’s purpose. In this human life, certain individuals make you feel at ease and at home whenever they are around you. These are the people you have agreed upon a soul contract with. These agreements are there to facilitate change within you and to support the growth we’re all here for. The people in your life are all part of these agreements, and they’re there not only for your growth but also to help them accomplish their own.

The contract is designed to help us in confronting challenges and breaking repetitive patterns. It’s a necessary process to help with our empowerment and strengthening our soul’s growth.

Relationships based on soul contracts serve multiple purposes as healing catalysts for spiritual growth. They involve the support of our loved ones whom we’ve agreed to assist and the exchange of wisdom, knowledge, and energy to aid the individual. They also provide us with opportunities to learn new ways of seeing things. These are some of the purposes for the contract.

Today’s Topic

Today, I’ll discuss “What does your Higher Self feel like?”  

When you experience a mystical moment or receive an insightful message, you may have physical responses such as chills, warmth spreading through your body, tingling, tears of joy, or other sensations.

These responses can vary from person to person and from experience to experience. Paying attention to how your body reacts in these moments can provide valuable insight into the significance of the experience.

One of the ways your Higher Self speaks to you is through your intuition. Pay attention to how your intuition manifests within you. Does it manifest as a tingling sensation running down your spine or as a sudden understanding accompanied by a feeling of inner peace, empathy, or heightened awareness?

At first, your intuition and higher self may feel different because your intuition is often based on unconscious thoughts and feelings, whereas your higher self is connected to a deeper, more spiritual knowing.

With practice and reflection, you may notice different sensations between your intuition and your Higher Self. Paying attention to how your body and emotions react can help you recognize the signals that indicate when your Higher Self is present. By being mindful of these sensations, it can strengthen your connection to your Higher Self and deepen your spiritual awareness.

You, your intuition, and your Higher Self are always united, with no division between them. Understanding and acknowledging this connection can inspire you to embark on an inner journey of self-discovery and alignment with your Higher Self, leading to profound personal growth and transformation.

Setting up your Automatic Writing Space or Room.

While automatic writing (psychography) can be done anywhere, creating a dedicated space can enhance the experience. Having a quiet environment for automatic writing can help to minimize distractions and allow for a deeper connection to the unconscious mind.

By designating a specific area for this practice, you can cultivate a sense of focus and intention, making it easier to enter a meditative state and receive messages from your subconscious or the spiritual realm. This space can be personalized with comforting elements such as soft lighting, calming scents, and meaningful objects to further encourage a sense of relaxation and receptivity during the automatic writing process.

It’s also important to clear the clutter; otherwise, it might cause some distractions. When you tidy your space, it allows for a clearer mind and improved focus. This can lead to increased productivity and overall well-being.

For some of you, putting on some calming music helps bring your focus inward. Others find that taking a soothing bath before sitting down to do automatic writing helps them connect better with their higher selves.
