November is a month of transition, as the colours of fall fade and the chill of winter begins to set in. It’s a time when we gather with loved ones to give thanks and reflect on the year gone by. The crisp air and the sound of crunching leaves underfoot remind us that change is inevitable but also beautiful in its own way.

This month serves as a gentle reminder to slow down and appreciate all that we have as we look forward to the new beginnings that the coming year will bring. Embracing the change of seasons, both in nature and in our own lives, allows us to grow and evolve into better versions of ourselves.

There are various soul contracts available for us to choose from to further our spiritual growth.

These contracts are more extensive than is  commonly believed, which transcends our human experience and extending into various forms of existence, both past and future. Our journey goes beyond human form and encompasses a wide range of physical and spiritual experiences.

These agreements are crucial in nurturing the development of our soul’s growth, and development. As we go through life, we’re constantly presented with opportunities to fulfill these contracts; whether it’s through relationships, challenges, or moments of transformation. Each experience serves as a stepping stone toward our ultimate purpose and enlightenment.

Let’s explore the six types of soul contracts that enrich our spiritual journey:

1st contract is the Empirical Soul Contracts: These contracts involve unexpected, what appears to be chance encounters in life. It’s significance might only be realized after we transition into the spiritual realm, unveiling the profound impact on our soul's journey and evolution.

2nd is called Soul Contracts with Animals: Acknowledging that many animals are integral to our spiritual journey, these contracts involve specific experiences with animals, who become an important part of our soul family, offering unique lessons and companionship.

The 3rd one is Karmic Soul Contracts: Among the most prevalent, these contracts are formed with other souls within our soul family or group. These souls often play significant roles in our lives across different lifetimes, including as family members, partners, and even pets, contributing to our spiritual growth and evolution.

4th is Soul Contracts with the Creator: In this type of contract, you establish a direct connection with the Creator, also known as the Source Consciousness. These contracts facilitate a profound and deep-rooted link with the fundamental essence of the universe, guiding our spiritual journey in a profound manner.

5th one is with the Planetary and Solar Contracts: Despite common beliefs, the sun and planets possess their own consciousness. These contracts are crucial for the development of our souls; distinct from contracts with divine entities, and contribute to our spiritual growth.

6th one is for the Wanderers: These agreements are exceptional and often involve souls or soul families that originate from other planets. They expand our understanding and connections beyond Earth, providing unique insights into our spiritual evolution. They’re what we know as Starseeds or Light Workers.

As you can see, with each soul’s expansion; so do the types of contracts we can enter into. This growth allows for more diverse and enriching our experiences.

Today’s Topic

Today, I’ll discuss “What kind of messages does your Higher Self have for you?”

You’ll find that our Higher Self (HS) generally doesn’t always communicate in the ways we might expect. Here are some of the ways your H S may be communicating with you.

Have you ever had an idea or thought that just won’t leave you alone? It can be you constantly feeling like it’s time to leave a job/or situation to move forward to a new path. When you do take that step, it feels like you’re aligning with your true purpose.

Our higher self often communicates through our unconscious mind. One way this happens is through dreams or daytime visions. These aren't your typical dreams; they're vivid, detailed, and often leave a lasting impression. Over time, you'll realize you were nudged toward that dream for a reason.

You know those moments when everything seems to line up perfectly? These synchronicities aren’t just random chance; they’re often signs from your higher self.

Have you ever had a moment where everything suddenly seems to make sense? It’s like a fog lifting, revealing a clear path forward.

When you are in tune with your higher self, you may notice a surge of innovative thoughts and unexpected inspiration. It's as if you're tapping into a previously untapped well of creativity.

 During these moments of alignment, you may experience a deep sense of tranquility and composure, even when facing difficult situations. It's a profound feeling that everything is in its right place, despite any external turmoil.

It’s in your heightened intuition that will often indicate your HS is taking a more active role in guiding you. You will notice it when your intuition becomes remarkably sharp, and it comes with specific knowledge that seems to come out of nowhere.

 When your HS is leading the way, you might feel a persistent desire to make positive changes in your life, whether it's improving your well-being or pursuing a new interest.

Overall, living in alignment with your higher self brings a deep sense of fulfillment and purpose, allowing you to navigate life's challenges with grace and ease.

Automatic Writing Exercises

Sometimes, starting the process of automatic-writing can be quite challenging. Here’s a few exercises to help kick-start your journey to connect with your Higher Self or guides.

Some of us find that doing automatic doodling instead of writing words; helps to relax and allow things to flow naturally.

One technique is to set a timer for five minutes and let your thoughts flow freely. Focus on capturing your emotions and experiences in an organic and unrestrained manner.

Or choose a random object and use it to inspire a creative story. Consider who might own this object and the places it has been. Let the narrative unfold naturally, allowing the details to emerge on their own.

The easier it’ll be if you can let go of worrying about doing it a certain way. It’s important to not force the process but to relax and trust that things will fall into place naturally.

Have fun exploring your own version of what works best for you. We’re all unique, and therefore the possibilities are endless.
